Charles and Julie Champlin

Charles and Julie Champlin serve with Crossworld and MEVA (Missão Evangélica da Amazônia) and are based in Boa Vista, Roraima, Brazil. The Champlins are involved in three distinct areas of ministry. Over the years, Charles has developed Biblical and linguistic material in the Wai Wai language. Currently he is coordinating an indigenous team in creating a new translation of the New Testament. Besides the production of materials, the couple is involved in meeting humanitarian and spiritual needs for Wai Wai families undergoing medical treatment in Boa Vista. Julie's ministry is in the area of teaching, writing, discipling and counseling Brazilian women.
